Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (GMT+8).

For faster responses, include:

  • Your store URL (*.mybigcommerce.com is fine)
  • A short description of what you're trying to do
  • A screenshot of the problem
  • The theme version (Storefront → My Themes → click the theme card)

We support

  • Comprehensive documentation so you can install and configure eShopping yourself to mirror any of our 4 demo stores.
  • Questions about theme usage, settings, and configurations.
  • Translation guidance for the language files in lang/.
  • Bug fixes in our original theme. (If the theme has been edited, we can only fix issues in the un-edited original — see Update guide → Updating a customized theme.)

We do not support

  • BigCommerce platform features unrelated to our theme (Settings, Checkout, Apps, third-party integrations, payment gateways, etc.). Contact BigCommerce Support for those.
  • Updating themes that have been customized or modified. Migrating custom code to a new version of the theme is a paid service.
  • Editing the theme's source code on request. If you need additional features, contact us for a custom quote.

Custom services

  • Theme setup service — we'll install + configure the theme to match a demo, customize colors/copy, and hand you a finished store. Email for a quote.
  • Custom development — bespoke features, integrations, layouts.
  • Migration from another theme — we'll move your widgets and customizations across.
